Best recorder ever!!. Cam studio is great!!! one of the very best cameras/recorders I have used. simple interface which is easy to use and is simple.

Camstudio did not work well and crashed after the first download. Just after downloading camstudio i captured one small video and it worked but in the next attempt the file was crashed and did not worked Cons: auto save feature

This used to be fine BUT now it is loaded with viruses!. I had problems with my old install so I redownloaded it. It installed 3 toolbars into my Firefox and completely hijacked my browser. I had to uninstall Firefox as I could not remove it no matter what. Now I have to collect all of my bookmarks again. It also installed several spyware programs which caused my PC to crash. Pros: None Cons: EVERYTHING

Very limited functionality! . very limited functionality - it can only record but it does not auto save, it has no editing tools, very old interface.. not

Love it.. I used cam studio on a pc, when i owned one. Now, i just wish cam studio would go to mac for free too! i do let's plays, and it's what i used all the time. It worked wonderfully! Pros: Easy to use Cons: Only for PC :(.

Simply Superb Software.. I wish I could have more options like 'record up to some time limit and auto save and close' than we can have more fun with it. Pros: Really Compact Prog. I really like it.
